Please find below the requirement for Malaysian Medical Visa as per the Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council (MHTC).
For countries that do not require visa to enter Malaysia, medical tourists can enter using Social Visit Pass, proceed with Doctor’s consultation and treatments. If longer stay is required to continue treatment, an extension may be given based on Doctor’s report and recommendation together with MHTC supporting letter if the treatment is done at MHTC member hospitals. The entry of foreign visitors to Malaysia is still subject to applicable laws and regulations and the final decision is subject to Immigration Officer’s discretion.
